Carolina Strobel, formerly at Intel Capital LatAm,  leads Redpoint’s founder experience practice, firm operations and investor relations at the first Silicon Valley VC fund on the ground in Brazil. At Redpoint she also leads important initiatives for the firm such as legal affairs and investor relations. 

Carolina is widely regarded as a Brazilian tech ecosystem innovator with almost two decades of experience building the tech ecosystem throughout Latin America. 

Carolina remains a powerful voice of gender and racial diversity in tech.   She has is part of a growing list of women joining the leadership teams of VC firms.  Carolina is well aware that female investors in early-stage tech are still vastly underrepresented in Latin America, as they are globally - according to data release by the Latin American Venture Capital Association (LAVCA). 

In the tech world Juan Pablo has co-founded Idea.me, Miami Angels, the Lab Miami, Lab Ventures & Wonder (purchased in 2020 by Atari). He also publishes a widely read column on the TecnoLatino https://latamlist.com/author/jpcappello/ and continues advising entrepreneurs in the region from PAGLaw https://www.pag.law
