In this part two episode, we are "Walking the Way of the Solstice", meaning it is time to step into the portal and move toward new possibilities as 2026 approaches.
More and more, we are recognizing that sound and music making are innate movers of energy. In this part two, Kathy will take us on a journey using the beauty and wonder of sound instruments, while using her innate musical gift to guide us into the inner spaces within ourselves.
These days people are becoming aware that sound and music are innate within every person. Do you know that every cell within our bodies are singing at all times? I'm taking it one step farther. I belief that our astrology charts are visual representations of the vibrational "hum"... sound signal that each of us is sending out every single second.
So, what does a "sound bath" do? Kathy as a sound therapy practitioner is helping us to to tune and re-tune our unique vibrational signature(signal). How does this happen? Well, all I know is that yourself and myself, hold an inherent wisdom that understands which sounds our body/mind/soul/spirit needs and requires.
