This is Calum with Paylocity. We're doing another HR Paying It Forward and have another HR Rock star giving a shout out to another one. We had Sara Best from In 2 Great on yesterday and she said some wonderful things about Dr Sheri Caldwell, VP of HR North Star Blue Scope Steel who very kindly came on today from your kitchen. Yeah, Thank you for having me Calum, I'm just honored to receive the shout ot from Sara Best because she herself is an amazing individual in so many different ways. So it was just awesome to hear that shout out yesterday, and I know it's my turn. So I wanted to do the same for Ashton Cash. Ashton is an HR VP at the Anderson, and she was recently promoted to that role. A long overdue promotion, by the way. But anyway, she has jumped into the role and it's kind of been baptism by by fire, if you will, because she's got to travel to train her replacement. She's had to just really get thrown into the mix of really all the chaos. That all my HR colleagues are experiencing right now, these unprecedented times. But Ashton is the person who just goes with the flow. She's so positive and upbeat she is willing to help out wherever needed. She will always lend an extra hand and go above and beyond. So she's somebody that I think that really deserves a shout out. And I know for me personally. I appreciate where I am in my career because of the team that I've been able to work with. I just had the 24 karat team, currently as well as in the past. Ashton is a former colleague and she is just an amazing individual so I feel blessed to have worked with her and Ash. I know it's your turn because this is one of those pay it forward things. So Calum, thank you and Paylocity for sponsoring this initiative. I can't wait to see it multiply.

Oh, thanks so much. You're too kind again. You guys were in the trenches every day doing phenomenal work and we appreciate the efforts and the ability to just smile in the face of adversity, I think is one of the hallmarks of a great HR leader and you've got a fantastic smile.
