How did your sheep journey start? Well, mine started when I was a little girl in Ireland on my dad would call me in the middle of the night because he needed a small hand to reach inside a U and help out with lambing difficulties and got to raise pet lambs and help my dad as he farmed sheep When I was when I was growing up and since then my brother now farm sheep, my uncle has a sheep stud. And as they say, that there is something about about sheep. Over the last five years, myself, when my husband, Gary have been farming sheep on our 155 acre farm in South Gippsland and Victoria, Australia, on dhe, we have been able to learn to farm from global experts on global mentors. They have helped us to take our sheep farming to the level that we're at. Today. We breed about 100 Wilshire Horn use on its been trying error on dhe. This podcast is very much about that. It's about our learning journey. It's about your learning journey. It's about how you can learn through this podcast so that you can learn quickly and make improvements in your shape. Enterprise. We often comment scary and I that we would love to have had a podcast when we were starting out to help us on DA ensure that we can be as effective as we possibly can as quickly as we possibly can with our farming and sheep enterprise. So together on this podcast, we're going to talk about those things. All the ups and downs of sheep farming, all the techniques, all the things that will help us improve what we do, improve the health and the welfare of our sheep. All the tricks, all the hidden gems, all the things people don't tell you about. All the people, all the people, the Ozzy legends, the international experts, the everyday sheep farmers.
