Each episode focuses on a different topic relating to keeping in touch - group trips, party planning, handmade gifts, etc. We also explore ways to make friends through different communities, from crafting to homeschooling to athletic clubs. In this episode, we check in with Kate's friend Preston about all the different possibilities for gaming, including the various styles of games and varying lengths of play. We discuss opportunities for meeting other "gamers" through work, friends of friends, meetups, game stores, etc. and try to break the stigma around the gaming community as being exclusive or unwelcoming to novice players.
