NHS Practitioner Health Season 1 Episode 4

TDDSS (the Trainee Doctors and Dentists Support Service) is a psychoeducation and support service for trainee doctors and dentists in London, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent.

We sat down for a casual conversation with the three mental health leads for TDDSS, who ran through some of the myths and misconceptions about getting help, and explained a bit about why you should get help, and what the experience is like.

This short episode covers:

  • What TDDSS is.
  • How TDDSS is confidential
  • What TDDSS offers, and how it relates to Practitioner Health
  • Information on getting help, and the importance of making the first step.
