TDDSS (the Trainee Doctors and Dentists Support Service) is a psychoeducation and support service for trainee doctors and dentists in London, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent.
We sat down for a casual conversation with the three mental health leads for TDDSS, who ran through some of the myths and misconceptions about getting help, and explained a bit about why you should get help, and what the experience is like.
