Many of us struggle with saying no in our work and personal lives, frequently leading to a myriad of negative consequences.

Dr Zaid al-Najjar, Simon Lyne and Ruth Deighton help us "find our no" in this podcast about why it's difficult to say no, why we might need to, and some of the steps we can take to start saying no. Including many of the tasks and advice that Simon and Ruth have given to their patients who struggle with saying their no.

Dr Zaid al-Najjar is a Medical Director at NHS Practitioner Health, with decades of experience in mental health and looking after healthcare workers. Simon Lyne and Ruth Deighton are NHS PH therapists who specialise in helping healthcare workers with mental health issues. They are both leading members of our Trainee Doctors and Dentists Support Service (TDDSS).

We hope you enjoy this series and take something away that can help your wellbeing.
