Hi, this is meteorologist Steve Pelletierian. I am the weatherman. Thanks for checking into theweathermanpodcom. On your Tuesday and it is the 16th day of the month of September 2025. And our weather situation for the day across the Northeast shows an increase in clouds. We've been watching that area of moisture that's just off the mid-Atlantic coast into the Northeast Area of low pressure forming all along that frontal zone. We'll move into around the Philadelphia, eastern PA, new York, boston area just for about a day or so, commencing overnight tonight, lasting through tomorrow, tomorrow evening and maybe for a portion of Thursday. Then high pressure reestablish a foothold across the Northeast. We'll have fair weather for commencing later Thursday, lasting through Friday, saturday, sunday, right even into early next week. Temperatures daytime will range in the 70s to near 80. Nighttime lows back into the 50s to near 60. And the possibility of maybe as much as a half inch of rainfall in some showers in our area overnight on Tuesday into Wednesday and for Wednesday, into Thursday as well. That low-pressure system will quickly move offshore and high pressure will move in Fair skies for Thursday, with highs near 80s, 70s to lower 80s expected for Friday and a similar pattern for Saturday and Sunday as well.

Now, if you're traveling today. Those areas of showers are most likely to be working its way into Philadelphia, baltimore and DC. So it'll have high and far conditions and some rainy weather, especially further south, by later today and tonight, but no major problems into the New York area. Also looking at dry conditions up in Boston as well, central and South Florida under the possibility of some scattered showers and thunderstorms. Generally dry in Atlanta and Charlotte Probably right on the edge of some of that rain. Chicago is also looking dry, as is Minneapolis, st Paul, some rainy weather across Montana and sections of Wyoming and Colorado, but dry on the west coast from San Diego up to LA, san Francisco and even up in Portland and in Seattle. The weather looks pretty good on your Tuesday. I'm your monitor, steve Pelletieri, and I am the weatherman. Hope you have a great day today. Talk to you first thing on Wednesday.
