Hi, this has been your brother, Steve Pelletier, and I am the Weatherman. Thanks for checking into the WeathermanPow.com on your Friday. It's the Friday the 13th. Actually, it has pretty good weather uh this Friday instead of last Friday when we had that strong Arctic front heading on down to the northeast. And last week we had temperatures only in the teens and single digits and twenties during the daytime, but with those strong winds out of the northwest, uh causing wind chill factor temperatures to make it feel like between minus 10 and minus 20. That was last weekend. Good fortune this weekend. Today on this Friday, sunshine. Temperatures ranging in the mid-30s. Yes, it's a little bit cooler than it should be, but easy to take for tonight. There's a little frontal system moving down from the northwest. Could be a few snow flurries across New York State and much of central and northern New England. However, we are looking at pretty good weather moving our way for Saturday. Temperatures ranging between 40 and 45 degrees, good amount of sunshine. At tonight, partly cloudy. Storm that's currently across four corners. Well, that's going to be averaging just off the Virginia coast, close enough by a possibility to give some rain and snow to southern New Jersey, southern Pennsylvania, and into Del Marva. Should be rainy conditions there, and rain also into Virginia and coastal North Carolina. That'll be uh on Sunday night early Monday, but just touching into the Northeast could cause a few rain or snow showers there. And that'll be on Sunday night early Monday. Monday looks like uh mostly cloudy day. It's President's Day. It's actually Washington's birthday. We are expecting for the Federal holiday uh clouds and sun and temperatures generally in the 30s to the lower 40s. Also looks like decent weather for Tuesday and most of Wednesday at this point. But temperatures next week just a little bit warmer, not well above normal, but uh it will be much easier to take next week. Now, if you're traveling by air today, it looks like great weather at New York, LaGuardia, JFK, also at Newark, Teterborough, down to Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., no problems weather wise, and out of those places. Big area, high pressure, moving towards Dulles and into the Charlotte area. Even Atlanta is going to be dry. Dry weather in central and south Florida, except for some showers just off the coast of just north of uh Vero Beach, down to about West Palm and into Fort Lauderdale, Miami area, looking at pretty good weather for today. Also good at Houston. Looks like some rain in Dallas, dry conditions in Chicago and Minnesota, and central and southern California is still generally a good deal of cloud cover. Might be some sprinkles and showers in Southern California. Most of the heavy rains are now across four corners, as I mentioned. Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. We're going to be sharing in some of the rain from that system that will be arriving in the Eastern Seaboard sometime on a Sunday evening. But it does look like dry conditions for San Francisco. Looks like wet weather for Portland in Seattle. Looks like rain moving into those places later on today. I'm in your moderate Steve Pelletieri, and I am the weatherman. Hope you have a great day today on this Friday the 13th. Looks like uh good fortune. So hope you enjoy. Talk your first thing tomorrow. See you then.
