Greeting And Date Check
SPEAKER_00Hi, this has been your brother, Steve Pelletier and I am the Weatherman. Thanks for checking into the WeatherMatPod.com on your Sunday, 22nd day of the month of March, 2026. And looks like our weather situation for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast will be getting a change. We have a frontal system arriving tonight. That's going to bring us some rain. Then we get into a clearing trend. So fair weather that'll commence later Monday, Tuesday, and even Wednesday of this week. With another front arriving on Thursday. After that, another frontal system on Saturday. It's going to be that type of quick change pattern over the next uh five to seven days. But a forecast for today, starting off with some clouds giving way to some sun, and then our temperatures will be quite warm. Middle to upper 60s, but the clouds went out. And we'll have that rain tonight. Could get between a half and an inch of rain, and it may even be a thunderstorm as the cold front moves through. Nighttime lows holding generally in the forties to lower 50s. So it looks like some leftover showers on Monday giving way to a clearing trend with high pressure building ends, sunshine, but cooler conditions. Now temperatures the highest for the day will probably be after midnight in the pre-dawn hours, and uh temperatures will be falling throughout the day, generally back through the 50s and into the 40s by nightfall, and in some places even down into the 30s by daybreak on Tuesday. Tuesday features sunshine with high temperatures for the day ranging in the mid to upper 40s. Similar pattern, upper 40s, lower 50s, fair skies on Wednesday. If we're traveling by air today, it looks like our weather situation is pretty good across the nation. We don't see many major problems. There are going to be some showers in Charlotte, but dry weather in Atlanta, dry in central and south Florida, Houston, Dallas, no problems there. Also looking at good weather in Chicago. Minneapolis, St. Paul, looks like the possibility of some rain and snow. Up in the uh Boston area, looks like some rain showers for later in the day and evening hours on Sunday, but it does look like dry conditions for New York and LaGuardia. JFK, no problems weather wise in those places. LA, San Francisco, dry, looks like continued dry weather for a couple of days in a row, my goodness. Up around Portland and Seattle, Tacoma. I've been your bodice, Steve Pelletier, and I'm the weatherman. Hope you have a great day today. Touch you up first thing on Monday. See you then.
