Greeting And Setup
SPEAKER_00Hi, this is Midi Roger Steve Fellaterian. I am the Weatherman. Thanks for checking into the WeathermanPod.com on your Tuesday, 24th day of the month of March 2026. And we've had temperatures of about two to four degrees above normal so far this month. Now temperatures should be up a high of around a low 50 to 55 for daytime highs this time of year. Nighttime lows somewhere between 30 and 35, depending upon where you are. A little bit warmer along the coast in the city. It's a little bit colder in the farther north and west. But generally that's the trend. And that's what we're going to have today. A pretty normal day temperature-wise for the 24th of March. Sunny skies, highs ranging into the upper 40s and lower 50s on light north winds. There'll be some clouds tonight, but temperatures will manage to get down to the normal nighttime lows of about 30 to 35, as mentioned. Tomorrow it starts to warm up, mid-50s, looking for partial sunshine for the most part. All the way from DC up to the Boston area. The weather looks pretty nice. And some clouds will, however, move in on Wednesday night. Nighttime lows staying warm of about 40 to 45. And the cloud cover remains. A little warm front pokes through on Thursday, and that'll give us highs near 70 and some rain likely for Thursday night or early Friday. That's another cold front arriving, and it means business. As a matter of fact, by later Friday, it'll be sharply colder into the 20s Friday night, early Saturday, and highs only between 40 and 45 on Saturday of this weekend, but warming up close to near-normal, near 50 for this upcoming weekend. So it does look like near normal conditions, a little bit of rain, and uh no major problems weatherwise coming up for this work week. Now, if you're traveling by air today, big area of high pressure that extends from Virginia all the way out to Ohio and the Great Lakes, north and east into New England, all the way into the southern states, the Tennessee Valley, Central Mississippi, Southern Mississippi River Valley. There's a little bit of rain across northern Florida, but South Florida is not looking too bad. So weatherwise, into the New York area, North LaGuardia, JFK, Boston, Philly, Baltimore, D.C., no problems weatherwise flying into there today or tonight. Chicago looking good. Minneapolis, St. Paul, just some clouds, but pretty good weather there. Atlanta's going to be dry as will be Charlotte, but Nashville looking pretty good. Good weather down in New Orleans, but looks like rainy weather in Jacksonville, larger city and far linking at Houston and Dallas, Fort Worth, dry. West Coast, dry in San Diego, LA and Sacramento and Los Angeles. Up to the Pacific Northwest, finally an area of low pressure. We'll begin to get back to some rain in Portland and also Seattle, Tacoma coming up for the next 24 to 36 hours. So no major weather across the nation on this Tuesday. Just typical, normal conditions expected for the Northeast Corridor today. I've been your sellatier, and I am the weatherman. Hope you have a great day today. Talk to you first thing on Wednesday. See you then.
