Hi, this is Mid Your Bologna Steve Pellethi. I am the Weatherman. Thanks for checking into the WeathermanPod.com for your Monday, 20th day of the month of April, 2026. And after a weekend of beautiful weather on the daytime Saturday, and then uh back to clouds and a few sprinkles and showers. Nothing much on Sunday, but it was sharply cooler, with temperatures for the most part only in the 40s and lower 50s on Sunday. Well, we've got a little bit of a change for that coming about today. We have high pressure building across the region. Start out with a lot of cloud cover across the mid-Atlantic states, Philadelphia, New York, and up in the Boston area. Boston more clouds than not, but New York and Philly, mixed clouds and sunshine as their high temperatures only get between 50 and 55. That's a little bit below normal for this time of year, but after a month that's so far, well above normal, it's just going to break down on that amount just a bit. Mostly clear skies tonight. There is a frost advisory. And nighttime low temperatures of about 30 to 35. Even close to the city temperatures will get down to about 36.37 in New York and Philly, but interior spots down to near the frost mark. That'll be on Tuesday morning. And daytime, Tuesday, a sunny day, a high of 55. Again, the possibility of some temperatures on the chilly side, but not as cold. That'll be on Tuesday night, early Wednesday, with a chance of some showers, Wednesday midweek. We're looking at mixed clouds and sunshine. Some April showers, 60 to 65, warming to 73 and sunshine on Thursday, Friday, also in the lower 70s, mostly sunny skies. Looks like more showers do arrive for this upcoming weekend. For the most part, typical weather for this fourth week of April, last full week, as the first day of May is uh a week from this Friday. So in the meantime, uh, if you are traveling by air today, some friends leaving from New York City out to Omaha and then uh driving northward to uh Iowa. Looks like the weather's gonna be very good. Little upper level disturbance swinging on through, maybe a little bit of turbulence going out, but uh generally some pretty good weather out to the nation's midsection. Uh Atlanta's gonna be dry, dry weather also expected for Charlotte, Central, and South Florida. The weather conditions continue. Very favorable for flying, no problems weather-wise there. Chicago also showing fair skies. Uh, Houston and Dallas Woodworth, dry, but uh southern Texas from Brownsville down to San Antonio is further south to uh Brownsville. You've encorpused Christie, you've got some areas of rain and showers there. West Coast showing dry in LA and San Diego, some showers moving in tonight in San Francisco, dry weather, but a lot of cloud cover in Portland and in Seattle today. Looks like some rainy weather moving in for Tuesday. And as far as Tuesday is concerned, we've got wet weather on the west coast of Seattle all the way down to LA. Looks like rainy conditions from Houston to Dallas, dry conditions for Chicago, no problems. Atlanta, Florida, or in the Northeast. I've been D. Steve Fellow Terry, and I am the Weatherman. Hope you have a great day on this Monday. Talk to your first thing tomorrow. See you then.
