And we've got good weather across the middle, like a northeast. It's going to be sunshine and high temperatures in the upper 60s, close to 70, very close to normal for this time of year. North winds at 5 miles per hour. Now there'll be an increase in clouds tonight down to 49. There is a chance of showers on Wednesday. It'll be a mostly cloudy day, 70 to 75. And looking at only about a tenth of an inch of rainfall possible, mainly during the afternoon and evening hours. Again, that chance of a shower or a thunderstorm at night. We have the possibility of precipitation at 100% for Wednesday evening. So that frontal system moving through really means business looks like it could give us a quarter to a half inch of rainfall Wednesday night, early Thursday, because of those thunderstorms. And thunderstorms also likely on Thursday, with temperatures ranging generally up to about 70 degrees. And most of the showers will be later in the afternoon and at night, but then partly cloudy overnight, Thursday into Friday, 49. Here's a look at Friday and this upcoming weekend in May. Friday's looking mostly sunny, a high near 70. Saturday sunshine all the way up to 78 degrees. It really starts to heat up on Sunday of this weekend. Temperatures will be in the 80s, with plenty of sunshine expected on Sunday. But for today, sunshine and a decent day are highs up to 68. Now, if you're traveling by air today, only whether that we see the significant uh problems that may be developing as well for central in South Florida from uh Lake Okeechope, just north of Fort Myers, south of Tampa State Peak, all the way down to uh Fort Myers, Miami, Fort Launerdale, and even West Palm. There will be scattered showers and some thunderstorms and some heavier, steady rain from Jacksonville to Pensacola. It does look dry though in Houston and Dallas. Some showers are likely in Chicago and Minneapolis, St. Paul. Dry weather in the northeast. Looks like great weather for New York, Norwich, LaGuardia, JFK, Philadelphia, Baltimore. All looking good weather wise, even up in Boston, too. West Coast remains dry. LA all the way up to Seattle. No problems weather wise for today.
