Meet The Weatherman
SPEAKER_00Hi, this is Bidi Broncher Steve Pelleterian. I am the Weatherman. Thanks for checking into the WeathermanPod.com on your Tuesday, 23rd day of the month of June 2026. This month is firing by so quickly.
Tuesday Showers And Thunder Chances
SPEAKER_00Had some beautiful weather over the weekend, then some much needed rain in the form of showers and some thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening hours on Monday. And then during the overnight, there were a few isolated showers, and we still have that possibility of some rain across the mid-Atlantic states on your Tuesday and Tuesday evening. Showers and possibly a thunderstorm with temperatures in the middle 70s, north winds at 5 to 15. Still that possibility of some showers this evening, but then overnight clearing. Nighttime low temperatures down to 55 to 60.
Sunny Wednesday Then Weekend Risks
SPEAKER_00Look out for some great weather on Wednesday. Plenty of sunshine. Friday, a chance of showers and maybe a thunderstorm. Ditto for Saturday, then a clearing trend for Sunday
Air Travel Outlook In The Northeast
SPEAKER_00and warmer. Traveling by air today, the Northeast still having some scattered showers and thunderstorms from Boston to New York, Philadelphia, D.C. and Washington, shower action still with us. And even the possibility of the early going of some thunderstorms. And it looks like by later in the day, most of the heavy thunderstorms and storms will have exited off to the east and northeast. So the inbound and outbound from Norfolk, New York, LaGuardia, JFK, and also Boston and Philly probably will be recovering nicely during the afternoon, but there could be some delays with those heavy showers.
National City-by-City Flight Weather
SPEAKER_00Now, down around Charlotte, looks like good weather, good weather in Atlanta, dry in Chicago, some rain moving into Minneapolis, St. Paul. Dry in Houston, Dallas Fort Worth also dry with a warm front to their north. It's going to be hot. And LA, San Francisco, looking dry conditions, dry weather in Portland and Seattle as well today. I'm Eddy Rogers, Heath Fellateri, and I am the weatherman. Hope you have a great day
Dry Year Context And Final Take
