Kara Park is an avid mental health advocate who shares about body acceptance and eating disorder recovery. After struggling with an eating disorder and other mental health struggles for many years, she now shares her journey through her social media channels to raise awareness. Kara is currently a graduate student to pursue a license in clinical mental health counseling and is also working as a mental health technician in a behavioral health hospital. In her free time, she recently just picked up modeling as another fun and creative way to explore more practices of body and self acceptance.
