Just in time for American Thanksgiving celebration, Jill shares this podcast of Sanskrit Mantras for Gratitude and Thanks.
Chanting in Sanskrit raises your vibration and aligns you with the higher frequencies of light and love.  Sanskrit is the oldest language on the planet, called "Deva Lingua," the mother of tongues or the language of the gods. The Sanskrit alphabet has 50 letters, which is the same number of petals on the first six chakras, energy centers located along the spine.
When we chant Sanskrit mantras many magical things can happen. We may feel physical healing in our bodies, illumination of consciousness and other sensations such as energy goosebumps, of "spiritual confirmation," or kundalini rising.
Chanting mantras activate "Shakti," a Sanskrit term for the Divine Feminine life force.  Shakti can be transmitted from Gurus or teachers to students and from healers to their clients.
This episode explains the importance of having a gratitude practice.  In the United States, the annual holiday of Thanksgiving, is a time when many people express gratitude.  It's nice to count your blessings on Thanksgiving but being thankful every day can alter the quality of life in positive ways.
Certified Sanskrit Mantra Instructor, Parashakti Jill Jardine, shares Sanskrit Mantras for Gratitude. To be effective, Sanskrit Mantras, should be transmitted through a mantra lineage with proper pronunciation and correct cadence.  Parashakti Jill was initiated in the mantra lineage of Namadeva Archarya, Thomas Ashley-Farrand, who received Guru Diksha in Sanskrit Mantra from Guru Rama Mata.

Gratitude is an expression of appreciation for what one has.  It is a recognition of value independent of monetary worth. Studies show that specific areas of the brain are involved in experiencing and expressing gratitude.
There are many benefits of expressing gratitude including stress reduction, less insomnia, strong immunity, healthier relationships and better performance academically and professionally.  Gratitude boosts your mental and physical health.

Gratitude is a practice of noticing the goodness in life and affirming what we have received. It's important to express thanks to people who have helped us.  People who have a habit of expressing gratitude experience improved sleep patterns, boosted immune system, more joy and pleasure, feeling more optimistic and less lonely and isolated.  They also notice improved emotional regulation, increased feelings of happiness and positive moods and hope for the future.  Studies have shown that gratitude reduces stress, burn-out and symptoms of post-traumatic stress-disorder and have increased resilience.
