Nicole is a certified Transformational Coach. She brings a direct and compassionate approach to coaching, intuitive guidance, energy healing and mentorship, built on 30+ years of personal training and practical application. Her expertise ranges from conflict resolution, communication, and career development — to healing emotional trauma, improving relationships, and recovering from stress and anxiety caused by burn out. Her background in both business and personal development gives Nicole a unique insight into the pressures that success demands, and the challenges people go through, regardless of their status or position in life. Nicole’s passion for balance, integrity, and truth motivated her to use intuition and her natural ability to witness and listen to the subtle energy surrounding people and situations in her life — including the board room, client meetings and her approach to staff management. In 2012, Nicole began to radically change her life by transitioning out of the design/tech world and co-founding Yoga Rock Studios, a community center for people to transform their body, mind and spirit through the physical and philosophical principals of yoga and meditation. This transition gave her the opportunity to approach the business management, community engagement, and her ongoing training/practice by integrating both traditional business methods with spiritual/yoga principles vs. the common “this is business not personal” mindset. In 2013, Nicole was certified in Reiki and began developing training programs combining yoga & reiki philosophies. In January 2019, she sold Yoga Rock and created Sacred Energy Essentials to be the vehicle for a safe and experiential place for healing and growth through training, one-on-one sessions, and daily practices.
