Lacey Gurr is a Transformational Coach. Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Yoga instructor, and NLP practitioner, She guides people through a signature process that she has created over the past 8 years by combining her knowledge and experience of the healing powers of food, NLP, Timeline Therapy and energy movement.
She believes that everyone is already whole and complete and has all the answers they need within them and she is the coach to help guide them to their own innate truth and wisdom.
At the young age of 24 she cleared pre-cervical cancer from her body by only utilizing the power of food as medicine and the power of the mind to create a healing environment. A recovering people pleaser, healed from anxiety, depression and alcohol addiction, Lacey knows first hand how powerful our thoughts and beliefs can be and how dangerous they can be. Now living a life that she loves, waking up every day feeling gratitude for her life, it has become her mission to teach others the power of shifting your mindset and implementing a healthy diet and how it can change your entire life into the most magical life you could dream of!
