opportunity"},{"startTime":230.04,"endTime":234.03,"body":"to slow down, really tune into"},{"startTime":230.04,"endTime":234.03,"body":"what I was doing with my life and"},{"startTime":234.03,"endTime":235.68,"body":"what I was not doing with my life."},{"startTime":236.37,"endTime":240.39,"body":"Um, it made me shift my perspective"},{"startTime":236.37,"endTime":240.39,"body":"in what I wanted my life to look"},{"startTime":240.39,"endTime":241.859,"body":"like, and I made these hard me."},{"startTime":273.15,"endTime":277.95,"body":"Uh, basically it gave me an affirmation"},{"startTime":273.15,"endTime":277.95,"body":"or it gave me an affirming, um,"},{"startTime":278.01,"endTime":281.34,"body":"feeling that everything in my life"},{"startTime":278.01,"endTime":281.34,"body":"happened for a purpose, which I"},{"startTime":281.34,"endTime":284.13,"body":"always knew, but I didn't quite knew."},{"startTime":284.13,"endTime":284.61,"body":"I knew."},{"startTime":284.79,"endTime":285.36,"body":"Does that make sense?"},{"startTime":285.66,"endTime":287.04,"body":"Yes, definitely."},{"startTime":287.52,"endTime":290.88,"body":"And, you know, it's, it's really"},{"startTime":287.52,"endTime":290.88,"body":"interesting and thank you for sharing,"},{"startTime":290.88,"endTime":295.08,"body":"especially, you know, like a lot of to"},{"startTime":302.08,"endTime":307.48,"body":"be vulnerable, whether that is here in the"},{"startTime":307.48,"endTime":312.43,"body":"public in any conversation, because when"},{"startTime":307.48,"endTime":312.43,"body":"we are vulnerable, that gives permissions"},{"startTime":312.435,"endTime":317.98,"body":"to others to be vulnerable, to be open,"},{"startTime":312.435,"endTime":317.98,"body":"and to be able to actually bring into the"},{"startTime":317.98,"endTime":320.98,"body":"light that which was in, in the darkness."},{"startTime":321.13,"endTime":323.92,"body":"Um, and one of the things that"},{"startTime":321.13,"endTime":323.92,"body":"I, that I find so understand"},{"startTime":339.6,"endTime":344.85,"body":"ourselves and to what you were saying,"},{"startTime":344.91,"endTime":351.18,"body":"affirming certain aspects of our life"},{"startTime":344.91,"endTime":351.18,"body":"and understanding certain things, um,"},{"startTime":351.3,"endTime":354.24,"body":"that if we didn't have that perhaps."},{"startTime":354.96,"endTime":357.42,"body":"We wouldn't self validate ourselves."},{"startTime":357.539,"endTime":361.409,"body":"And it's really interesting how whether that is through amazing"},{"startTime":366.875,"endTime":372.18,"body":"tools like this or not, but it's"},{"startTime":372.18,"endTime":376.38,"body":"a, a really interesting thing that"},{"startTime":372.18,"endTime":376.38,"body":"we've been conditioned to, to."},{"startTime":377.4,"endTime":377.91,"body":"Yeah."},{"startTime":377.91,"endTime":378.78,"body":"That's very interesting."},{"startTime":378.78,"endTime":381.21,"body":"I love that perspective and that thought."},{"startTime":381.87,"endTime":386.34,"body":"Um, I did learn, like in my chart,"},{"startTime":381.87,"endTime":386.34,"body":"there's a lot of inadequacy."},{"startTime":386.55,"endTime":388.65,"body":"Like that is in my conscious sun."},{"startTime":388.65,"endTime":393.99,"body":"The lowest expression of my conscious"},{"startTime":388.65,"endTime":393.99,"body":"son is 48, um, is inadequacy."},{"startTime":394.14,"endTime":394.23,"body":"Mm-hmm."},{"startTime":394.47,"endTime":396.03,"body":". So I had a lot."},{"startTime":396.45,"endTime":398.88,"body":"Of that in my life, you"},{"startTime":396.45,"endTime":398.88,"body":"know, I wasn't enough."},{"startTime":398.88,"endTime":399.6,"body":"I didn't know enough."},{"startTime":399.6,"endTime":400.65,"body":"I had to prove myself."},{"startTime":400.65,"endTime":401.94,"body":"I had to do all the things."},{"startTime":402.54,"endTime":406.77,"body":"And then to think of it as"},{"startTime":402.54,"endTime":406.77,"body":"a validation, it, the that."},{"startTime":414.54,"endTime":420.36,"body":"But then, It gave me the opportunity to"},{"startTime":414.54,"endTime":420.36,"body":"say, Okay, well I really know that
