Humanity was given some remarkable instincts for survival. Our modern ability to manage various external dangers has all but eliminated some of our most dangerous threats.
Yet, we still have these built-in mechanisms telling us to perceive many non-threatening life experiences as needing drastic action. Can we begin to see our lives as framed by joy and hope rather then danger? This podcast investigates these tenancies and offers an alternative strategy.
