In this powerful episode of Coconut Wireless, Shwah is joined by Keala Foundation Executive Director Sarah Braunsdorf, founder Aaron Hoff, and Peer Recovery Mentor Maria to talk about the upcoming Girls KSEIP Camp - Summer 2026.

After years of primarily running boys camps, Keala is launching its second-ever girls camp. This 30-day experience, running June 5 through July 3, is designed to mentor, challenge, and empower young women during a critical season of their lives.

Maria shares her personal story and why she chose to pour back into the community. Aaron explains what makes KSEIP different from a typical camp. Sarah reflects on what it means to reach girls both in camp and through Keala’s Prevention CrossFit Kids programs.

This episode is about mentorship, healing, leadership, and creating safe spaces for the next generation of strong young women on Kaua‘i.
