| Quebec selected potential PNP nominees under Invitation exercises in 2024 on 05/09/2024. Number of invitations: the Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration invited 1417 persons to apply for permanent selection.
Date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank: September 3, 2024 at 6:25 a.m.
These invitations were addressed to the persons meeting the following criteria:
they had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (PDF 4.94 Mb) (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
they had a score (PDF 309 Kb) equal to or greater than 575 points.
These invitations were also addressed to people meeting the following criterion:
they had a level 7oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (PDF 4.94 Mb) (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
they had a valid job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
