Quebec PNP Update – Invitations Under PSTQ Stream 1: Highly Qualified and Specialized Skills
The Province of Quebec has issued new invitations under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP), specifically through the Arrima portal as part of the Programme de sélection des travailleurs qualifiés (PSTQ).

- Invitation Date: July 17, 2025
- Number of Invitations Issued: 216
- Extraction Date from Arrima Bank: July 14, 2025 at 12:57 PM
Eligibility Criteria for This Invitation Round:
Candidates invited in this round had to meet the following conditions:
- Residing in Quebec
- Educational Qualification:
- Must have a Quebec-issued diploma from one of the following:
- University (minimum 30 credits)
- College or Secondary Vocational (minimum 900 hours of training)
- Must have a Quebec-issued diploma from one of the following:
- Minimum Points:
- Score equal to or greater than 768 points
This selection highlights Quebec’s focus on attracting highly skilled individuals with local education and experience.
