July 24, 2025 — Public Consultations on Canada’s Next Immigration Levels Plan Now Open

Each year, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) consults broadly to develop the annual Immigration Levels Plan, which outlines Canada’s immigration targets for the coming three years — covering new permanent residents, provincial nominees, temporary workers, and international students.

This year’s consultations are open until August 17, 2025.
