Canada Immigration Monthly PNP selection Summary for month ending November

Good day ladies and gentlemen, this is IRC news, and I am Joy Stephen, an authorized Canadian Immigration practitioner bringing out this monthly PNP snapshot. I am coming to you from the Polinsys studios in Cambridge, Ontario

This month, 5 Provinces picked 2,861 candidates for possible Provincial Nominations. The following Provinces picked Candidates:
 
 Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island
 Here are the details:
 Alberta conducted several selections across October and November.
 They started with 900 candidates on October 23 under the Alberta Opportunity Stream.
This was followed by 142 candidates on October 24 through the Dedicated Health Care Pathway.
On October 28, Alberta picked 60 candidates under the Express Entry Priority Sectors for Construction.
Then, on October 29, they selected less than 10 candidates under the Law Enforcement Pathway.
In November, Alberta continued strong with 1,045 candidates on November 10 under the Alberta Opportunity Stream,
and 80 candidates on November 14 through the Priority Sectors – Health Care pathway.

British Columbia held two Entrepreneur Immigration selections on November 18, 2025.
They invited 19 candidates under the Base Stream,
and less than 5 candidates under the Base Regional category.

Manitoba issued two Skilled Worker selections this month.
The first was on November 6, where 47 candidates were invited.
The second was on November 21, with 35 candidates selected.
Both selections were under the Skilled Worker Stream.

Newfoundland & Labrador held a combined selection on November 12, 2025, choosing 330 candidates in total.
This included 220 candidates under the NLPNP,
and 110 candidates under the Atlantic Immigration Program.

Prince Edward Island conducted its monthly draw on November 20, 2025.
A total of 190 candidates were invited under the Labour & Express Entry Invitations stream.
