Dr Cristina Cleghorn - Food Policy Changes
In this episode, we bring you a recording of Dr Cristina Cleghorn’s lecture at the recent Evidence Based Eating NZ event. Hosted in Wellington, and online, on 30th October 2021, this event was focused on the Ministry of Health. Dr Cleghorn’s recording is the first of three presentations.
Cristina is a Public Health Nutrition Researcher at the Department of Public Health at the University of Otago, Wellington. She has a strong interest in sustainable diets and the prevention of chronic disease through diet. Here she talks about food policy changes and what this could mean in terms of environmental and health benefits.
