Jess has openly shared her mental health struggles with those around her and as a result of tried and tested therapies Jess realised she got a lot more from conversation while running and back in 2017 created Run Talk Run.
We chat about how journaling and structure are really important for Jess in maintaining her productivity and positivity. We discuss how else you can try to shift your focus, flick the switch and encourage a more positive outlook and mindset during those darker days. Jess also speaks about living in the moment, remaining grounded and appreciating that both the good and the not so good times will pass.
