We took a little break on Monday for some much needed RnR
and I'll be honest folks, in true Yin fashion I recorded this wrapped up in blankets on my bed this week!
Just a shorter Yin practice for when you want to move but you'd like to still go at a Yin pace for a short amount of time. 2 minute holds, quicker transitions and some postures are the rebound for the other side.
You need pillows and blankets for this one. Music is soft enough in this episode that you could play your own playlists as well if you want.
