Hi Folks,
I hope you enjoyed last weeks episode discussion. I've been struggling a bit with calling this practice Yoga. I think it's truly more movement INSPIRED by Yoga, especially on here where I don't get to discuss the inner workings and traditions of the practice, we truly are just getting our bodies moving, in, for what I can only assume to be most of us, a safe and supportive way.
I am so thankful to Yoga for the way it makes my body feel so alive and my whole self feel SO much more in sync. I pray that this practice soothes you. The Upper body version of last weeks short but sweet restorative motions.
