Freda Katunda is an American and Congolese woman. Apart from being a well-experienced professional in the health industry, she is also the co-founder of LEAP.
LEAP is an online learning platform that offers accessible and affordable healthcare courses around Africa. LEAP aims to be the leading platform in the provision of health education and resources for African professionals.
In 2021, she won the Social Hero award from Global Digital Women GmbH (Germany) for her startup LEAP.
It was a pleasure to interview Freda and witness her professional and entrepreneurial growth. In terms of representation, it is rewarding to see Congolese women in tech that create opportunities and find solutions to world issues.
