He is the owner of Wilson 1 Communications since 1991 and is both the Co-Host and Producer of the nationally recognized television show “In Ohio Country Today” which first aired in July, 2005. Big Dan produces up to 4 daily Ag Reports for 24 iHeart Radio Stations and is the 1# radio ag network in Ohio. There is a weekly radio show, our YouTube channel and this Podcast site which complements the feature stores seen on our t.v. program. Since carved from a cornfield in the natural amphitheater that existed between the Eldora Ballroom and the Wabash River by bandleader Earl Baltes in 1954, Eldora Speedway has grown to be a frontrunner in motorsports growth and stability. Baltes chose to sell the legendary high-banked clay oval to motorsports entrepreneur and NASCAR, IndyCar and USAC champion Tony Stewart in 2004. Eldora hosts the biggest events in short-track racing including the Dirt Late Model Dream, Kings Royal and World 100.
