Show Notes

As we dive into the month of love, let's talk about what love looks with the new FDM discipleship conversation series: "LOVE LIKE THIS." We start this month with the story of two women whose lives can encourage and inspire our own. Harriet Tubman and Harriet Beecher Stowe were women of God who lived their purpose in the 1800s and impacted millions of lives. Tosha Williams shares a little glimpse into their stories in this podcast.

Isaiah 1:17 says, "Learn to do good! Seek justice, relieve the oppressed, defend orphans, plead for the widow." Both Harriets did this with great courage and boldness in their day, giving us an example of how to do this in our own broken world.

The discipleship conversation that goes along with this podcast can be found at "LOVE LIKE THIS: Do Good In Our World." Upcoming podcast episodes in this series will feature three Christian ministries and Scripture that show us other ways we can "LOVE LIKE THIS."
