Welcome to episode 3 where Dr Michelle Tichy joins Narelle once again and we talk through self-care non-negotiables when overwhelmed or exhausted. Michelle shares for us her love ritual, mindful shower practices, and her all systems check in. Narelle shares her go to mindful making practices, the “lean in” to a cuddle, and a few connections to breath strategies she engages with to help her feel grounded.
