Teachers Supporting Teachers Series 4 Episode 7: Bullet journaling
Welcome to this episode where we talk about the what, how and why of bullet journaling. My guests for this episode are Michelle Tichy & Stephen "Namu" Orsborn. We connect with the notion of bullet journaling as a mindful practice disguised as a productivity system, and we especially unpack this in relation to the flexibility this way of working can help when organising ideas and processing your to-do lists. We talk about cultivating habits and how this way of working can support our wellbeing especially in relation to the concept of accomplishment. Stephen shares with us his top tips that include getting started, trying it out, exploring writing instruments, thinking of the process as an experience (this I especially love), and how to let the process be what you want it to be.
