May 31, 2022 Season 1 Episode 66

In episode 66 of the Special Needs Supermom Podcast I explain why it is so important to find out the reason for your burnout in order to fix it. Why this is important? Because you can feel burned out or have a burn out for so many different reasons. Only when you know the real reason that led you to this burnout, you can find the solution that will help you get back on your feet.

Are you always available for instance? Or not able to say no? Do you feel guilty when you have a moment for yourself or have too much work? That are totally different reasons then being in and out of hospitals because your kid is not doing well. In this episode of the Special Needs Supermom podcast, I’ll tell you what let to my special needs supermom burnout and what I did to get out of it. I talk about what reasons there can be for a special needs supermom burnout and what you can do against it.
