Show Notes

Having ADHD, what’s it like? We know it from the sideline as a supermom, but how is it when you actually have it? Today’s guest Jordan Rawlings got the diagnosis not until she was an adult. She was ‘just’ that energetic kid - ADHD is just for boys, right?

In this episode Jordan and I talk about how it was like to be that energetic kid, what problems she ran into, how it was to get the diagnosis relatively late in life and how it has helped her. She shares some useful insides in how it actually is to have ADHD and therefore can give us supermoms some really helpful tips & tricks that can help your kid thrive.

Jordan Rawlings has a bi-weekly comedy talk show / podcast where she talks about life with ADHD together with her friend Lex. Originally hailing from Washington State, Jordan earned her BFA in Theatre Performance from the University of Idaho moving to Chicago, where she is currently making waves as an actor/writer/theatre maker. Jordan is the co-founder of Wholehearted Production Co. and co-host of Or, Learn Parkour. You can follow Jordan and Lex on Twitter: @orlearnparkour, their website wearewpc.com, or Instagram: @wearewpc. More of Jordan’s work can be found at jordanrawlings.com.
