Caleb provides insight on his S&C philosophy and its implementation, the structural differences between males and females and the challenges they impose in regard to injury risk, neck training, plyometric training, sumo vs. conventional deadlift for baseball players, rotator cuff musculature, vertical/horizontal pressing for overhead athletes, and advice for aspiring S&C coaches.
