07 A Blend that Steals
Show Notes

Today we are going to dive into a group of oils and talk about what makes them so amazing when blended together into one essential oil. Before we start, grab your peppermint essential oil, put a couple drops in the palm of your hand, rub your palms together, bring your palms to your nose, and breathe in deeply. Put a small amount on your temples and your upper back. This helps me focus, concentrate, and stay alert.

We are going to talk about five oils today that are amazingly important in the world of essential oils. These oils blend together in one bottle because they work so well together. The oils that make up some of these profound blends include: clove, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus radiata, and rosemary.
