How to Let an Employee or Volunteer Go in Youth Ministry
Show Notes

If you are in leadership long enough, it's going to happen...you will have to let someone go.  Whether it's a paid staff member or a volunteer, you will be faced with that awkward moment of having to let them go.  In this episode, we discuss several of the most common areas of why you might have to let someone go in your student ministry: a moral failure, poor performance, or a bad fit for your ministry.  We will also go through a mock script of a scenario where you would have to let someone go.  The ultimate goal is for a graceful and peaceful departure.

We love hearing from you all and we do our best to provide powerful and insightful youth ministry content on a weekly basis to be that coach and mentor you may not have, but desperately need.
