When Does a Power of Attorney Need to be Updated?
In this brief clip from our Wine & Wills Virtual Happy Hour held on July 21, 2020, Attorney Landon Hodges and Long-Term Care Planner Kristin Daugherty give some examples of when a Power of Attorney document should be updated. Powers of Attorney should always be periodically reviewed to ensure that the wishes of the individual are fulfilled in the event they are unable to make such decisions on their own.
This is the third in a series of seven brief informational audio clips taken from this same event, which will be dropped on this podcast channel one per day for seven straight days from Aug. 15-21, 2020.
