Adults forget how great play is for our brains. Tait explains what happens in the brain when we play (when we keep it non-competitive) and how play enhances her research. Did you know that endogenous opioids are released in the brain during play? Jenny shares ideas for ways adults can work play into their lives easily. They also share what the components of play are.
Tait shares a playful twist on thinking "what is my best self?" by shifting it to "what is my favorite self?".

They discuss how they both like wearing weird combinations of clothes and share their funnies: Jenny's vacation squats and Tait's experience on a boat as a non-boat person.
