Well, it seems like for some time we've been working our grill over time, eating meat and veggies. Which is great, Greg for the waistline, if you're preparing those food, right, But tonight that you just outdid yourself. What was that called again?

spk_0:   1:16
I was a cabbage lasagna, cabbage, lasagna. I haven't I haven't even ever actually made a lasagna. Was like a regular pasta filled lasagna. Never had made one before. So, Missy, I think, are are our mentor. Missy had added that recipe to our database sometime ago, and I just had a I just had a really I was really excited about trying it. But when it's just you and I, it's hard to make something that big. It's a pretty big dish, but since we got the kids with us right now because they're laid off of work there, we have a few extra mouths to feed. So I thought it's a great time to try that one. And I could actually find all of the ingredients over at the grocery store today. So So that was good. And, um, we had, thankfully, you had stocked up just just a little while ago. On some of that, the approved beef, the Laura's Lane. If you order directly from them, you can get it really nice. A lot of good beef. And so you had. We had that, and it's just cabbage and cottage cheese and, um, fat free cheese. And I used a low fat is just a surprisingly really I was. I thought it was a really good

spk_1:   2:26
Yeah, it was delicious. It was a real shocker. The man knew it would be good, but I didn't know it would become one of one of my favorites in such a good recipe. Great ingredients. Shutting the fat bust down.

spk_0:   2:37
It didn't taste like tasted. Tasted like you were large splurging. Yes. Yeah,

spk_1:   2:43
not 6% lean ground mate from Wars Lane. And then you got all the other stuff at the grocery store once again driving the point home that you can do what you need to Dubai shopping at your local grocery store. So that's what makes us a lifestyle. Good evening, everyone. We're glad that were with you tonight. Where? This is Palm Sunday. I think this is the beginning of Holy Week. Means a lot of different things to a lot of different people. Palm Sunday The pom represents victory, peace and eternal life. So I've got peace tonight. I know some of the Facebook Post I've been making you

spk_0:   3:28
staring at this. Um,

spk_1:   3:29
yeah. You might without do it with a smile on my face. You might I think that don't have peace, But I have I have a lot of peace. I trust the Lord. We were just talking. Two are laid off kids about the asteroid that's on its way to hit the earth and begin a better clarify because there were people out there that believe that it's a it's ah, not true, at least not right now. But I was my daughter said, I can't can't be the end of things yet I've got so much left to do And I said, It's not quite what if it is? What if it is? You know what? We know who's in control. We know who's in charge. I'm thankful to be alive, thankful for what Jesus did for me and you. But anyway, happy Palm Sunday, everyone, as we approach, begin our approach towards Easter Sunday. Jesus did triumphantly enter Jerusalem. And that was the beginning of that week. Wow. Wow. A lot of things to talk about. We gotta talk about that. So thank you. Jesus. What do we say? spk_0:   6:01
Well, right now, it has to be the strawberry because that's still fairly new. One for them. But overall, it's the fruit punch in the grape between those two. Always. So,

spk_1:   6:10
yeah, my mom used to be great, but then it became the strawberry. And then when they have it, what is a coconut?

spk_0:   6:19
They have a pie over pineapple coconut. Think is the one.

spk_1:   6:22
Yeah, he's really good. I've been drinking that stuff for Maur than two decades. So come join me. So we're gonna get this podcast started and, uh, saucy. You said that some questions have come in and sound like there's a few there. That would be good ones for us to tackle. Well, just speak from the heart about them, and, you know, we may not know the answer. If we don't, we'll get an answer, and we'll have it for you on the next podcast. But hopefully we've got the answers. We've been doing this long enough. Now we should have some answers, So go ahead. What? What? You got

spk_0:   6:54
a lot of questions that we get. We get, um, the same type of question over and over, but it's a little bit maybe a little bit different for from one person to another, and sometimes that you just can't. It's It's a little you gotta go into a little more detail than just a one liner on Facebook or when you're talking t somebody. Sometimes I think the the answers are a little more. They need a little, a little. There's little you could be a little more thorough. Gosh, sorry about that. Um, but the some of the more common ones are, um, of course, how to get off for the struggle bus right now. And we covered a little bit that last week, so I don't know how much detail you want to go into on that right now, but we've, um I got actually some success stories we can share with you later, and maybe that'll help somebody who's struggling right now. But, um, maybe talk about, um, people that have medical issues like a thyroid issue. For example, if somebody is worried that can they do show both because they have a thyroid issue, Will it work for Well, it worked for me.

spk_1:   7:55
Can we start with that struggle? Bus one, um, taking money at the time. I know we will probably always, um, need thio talk people off the ledge that are on the struggle Bus And many listeners have been listening to us for a while. They're gonna know what I'm going to say. They want me to say it again. They want me to say it again. It's not that they haven't heard it. They want me to say it again because they need somebody. They just need some reinforcement. You know what to do, how to do they know what to do. They know how to get off the struggle. Bus. The easy answer is always the hard answer. We could sugarcoat this thing. That probably wouldn't be good. We

spk_0:   8:39
don't want

spk_1:   8:40
to. We could sugarcoat it. But we're not the struggle Bus. You might as well say that. The synonym for that is the pity party. So you've got no reason to struggle. If you if you started this journey off the right way, if you started it right, there's no reason to be struggling. There's no reason to be on the struggle Bus. We're not talking about normally people right now. The struggle buses on. I'm quarantined, I'm home. I'm on lock down. Life has changed. But before this locked down people were on the struggle bus because they were too busy. Life was stolen too much. It's always something. And for the folks that are on the struggle bus that happens to us all. If you're on the struggle bus, there's also a group of people going through the same thing that you're going through. They're not on the struggle bus. I'll tell you why in a minute, the first thing you've got to do is be have the kind of character that's determined not to see it and stay on the PT Party that causes emotional hemorrhoids. You think about that one. I just come up with that out of your right then. But it causes emotional hemorrhoids. Do we need to talk about what physical hemorrhoids are? I think not. I think not. Well, when you're on the struggle bus or your own the PT Party of Life constantly your disregard you taking you regard you taking crap all the time that you don't even believe yourself. You just in a rut and you can't get out of the red. Do you know the only difference between the rut and the grave the day up? That's it. So you better get out of this rut The main thing is to man up, woman up, Get off the pity party, get moving, do something that I do something that's worthwhile, that moves you in the direction of your goals. But the thing that you must do on a daily basis you started with this you started with a real reason to do this shit, bullet or whatever you're doing to lose weight. You had a really reason, maybe had some pain in your life. Maybe your back was against the while. You were sick and tired of being sick and tired. Something happened to get you moving and hopefully some of you did the hard work. The internal work of coming up with a Y. You know, your wives gotta be greater than the temptation that you're faced with each and every day if you're gonna be successful. But you gotta have a profound and deep while we talk about it a lot. But I'm going to switch that up tonight. This comes to me. This comes to me right now we talk about what? That we ask what? Your wife all the time. And then we tell you you're gonna have to reinforce that every day. You do it in the beginning when you get started. But you don't do it every day. You got to do it every day. You don't have good habits. You you've got old bad habits calling you backwards all the time. You gotta make good new habits and you're gonna have to force the issue with yourself for a time. You got to read about your wife every day. You've got to see those pictures. But here, I don't want to talk. About what? Your wife. I want to ask you this question. Why not? Why I'm not. Maybe some of you need to come up with a y, not list. Why wouldn't you be doing this? Being overweight is more difficult than anything that you would have to do to reach a happy wait to reach a way where you were self confident and had self esteem and felt comfortable in your own skin. Why not? Why not do this? Why would you not do this? I don't understand. You're unhappy. Your unhealthy or have been have decided for whatever reason. After a little progress to get on the struggle bus of life with everyone else to sit down on the PT Party. And to be stupid, that would be stupid. S t e w p i d stupid. The people listening to me are like me. They're smart. You, as an individual are smart. You know that you have limited time here upon this earth. You know that. You know you're not living your highest and best life. You know that and you want to do something about it. But steeping people every day somehow somehow become obstacles to you. Our throw meaningless stuff in front of you to be an obstacle every single day. Or, you know, tell you're starting to look sick. Doing that program or that program is not gonna work are you know why are you doing that? That's stupid. Don't be stupid. S t e w steal P i d. You know what I think that is? That's like a Steve Steve. It's like you, G That's what we get all of this crap, Ola from TV, the media, from our environment, from people. And we put it in a big old pot and we steer it up and we become stupid with everybody else. I'm not stupid.

spk_0:   14:07
Just totally made that up. That's that week.

spk_1:   14:10
Yeah, I'm not stupid. I'm not stupid. I'm not going. I'm not going to put my intelligence in the pot of stupidity that's going on right now. And and here's what I mean, 2/3 of our population are overweight, obese, morbidly obese. I posted a thing the other day that ticked people off. I don't I was just asking questions. I have a right to ask questions to learn. I wanted to learn something. I ask some questions. People went off. You don't care about health care workers. That couldn't be further from the truth. You know me. Do you know my heart? How much I love people and help care workers? And we networked with so many to ask these questions or what? Here's my point. The Corona virus thing. I'll get to the I get to the nitty gritty. This is bad a pandemic, a cz mankind's ever been confronted with in the modern age. It's a bad one, right? It's terrible. People are gonna lose their lives. It is terrible, and they're doing everything they can to mitigate. I understand all that, but at the same time, uh, it's not gonna be a vaccine or medication that offers you your best chance of survival of the next time a pandemic, a different no veil strain comes up. It's not gonna be That's gonna be you being healthy and strong and vibrant and having a great immune system. And there you see it. 30 40 £50 overweight like other stupid people sitting there getting depressed on the struggle bus. What are we gonna do? Once this passes, I'm really gonna start taking care of myself. Now is the time. Now is the appointed time for you to begin taking care of yourself. I'm not trying to insult anybody. Sometimes I'm stupid. What was that thing that you said the other day? You said something really smart. Limit bear. Women you'll remember. You said it was a quote. You said persons are smart, People are dumb.

spk_0:   16:18
Yes, from a movie. But I was referring to a quote in a movie. Yeah, Yes.

spk_1:   16:23
Don't Don't get wrapped up. Look, you This is the time. Every day is the time for you to die. It was the Bible, say die out to the love in the practice of seeing We all need to die up to the love and practice of food addiction were It's so addicted and it's killing Our spirits is so back to the point. Get off the struggle Bus Come up with a y, not list. Why not do this when all you gotta do to lose the weight? Is it a great tasting breakfast? Yeah. Yeah, Just, you know, obviously should both approved. If you don't call, it should bottle it. As long as you know what the heck you're doing. Combining macronutrients whatever program you want to do. But all you gotta do is eat unapproved breakfast. Wait a little while. You're not a cow. Cows graze human beings don't graze. You wait a little while. Then you eat a great taste in lunch, boys. Sounds so hard, toe lose weight. And then what do you do next? You wait a little while. You're not a cow. You don't have two stomachs. You don't graze.

spk_0:   17:37
You wait a little while and you eat a great taste and dinner and the

spk_1:   17:45
you go to obey it and you get to do it again the next day. I've never asked anyone yet. Did you have a truly perfect day and then They say You have had a perfect day. Did you feel better? Yes, I've never had anybody say no while. Why not? Why not feel better? I don't understand it. I don't get it. So let's get off the struggle Bus. Let's spend time with our wives and our Why not? Why would you do this? You're asking about thyroid issues. Will this work for thyroid will? I just heard that task force talk, and I've got this drug that some proven, apparently, to treat the Corona virus. And everybody's really getting down on President because the president saying, Why not? What

spk_0:   18:39
have you got to lose? People are

spk_1:   18:41
dying, they said. Well, it's not proven. It had went through trials for this particular thing It's been proven for. It's a good from malaria, but it's not. Get what he's going. He's looking at them like he's just perplexed at the stupidity. Why not give it a try until something better comes along? People are dying. The drug will not kill them. Okay, so why not try and see if it saves a life? That's what I've got to ask all you today. What do you have to lose? You've already said, except for those that are doing the program with us and our happy. You've already saying I'm on the struggle bus. I'm not happy. I'm not happy. I want to lose weight. I want to feel better. I won't have self confidence, self esteem, all these things. I want to come off these medications life. I look out into the future and I'm so depressed because I can't see me in the future. Where by I'm happy. So why not change? Why not do something else? What do you have to lose? Its not that frickin hard. And Luke? Okay? You I'm not, um, some guy who's never experienced depression. High blood pressure, acid reflux, um, thoughts of suicide and darkness because I was so overweight and felt so unloved, et cetera, et cetera. I was on the struggle bus. I was on the pity party. I had a most know him, Roy hanging out of me all the time for everybody to see. And it wasn't pretty. It wasn't pretty at all. But I had to make up my mind. I had to decide. I made a decision. I decided, Decide. Do what you're supposed to do it's done. Decide? Do done it really? Is that simple? So I encourage you. Get off the struggle bus around your self with people that are going in the direction you want to go. Quit surrounding yourself with people that are going in the direction You don't want to go, which happens to be a 2/3 of our population when it comes to being overweight and unhealthy and not strong and have low immunity. Okay, I got to stop spiraling thyroid diabetes. All these things. Why not? Why wouldn't you try this Thyroid patient? Diabetes patient. Ah, heart disease patient.

spk_0:   21:03
You've gotta eat. This is not a diet. This is not a diet. This

spk_1:   21:11
is a lifestyle. So you've got a something? What are you gonna eat? What are you gonna eat? All you have to do is take our list of seven categories. Seven categories of foods you have to do is look at it and go. Okay. Which one of these? I encourage you. I encourage you to do this. Which one of these foods do I like? Circle those foods. Cross out all the ones you don't like. Those were all approved foods. You like them Then you go to your doctor, the expert and you say, Here's all these foods I like based upon my condition which of these foods that I like can I not have? And the doctor says will cross this one off this one off. This one off with the rest of you can have Boom, We got a new lifestyle. Thyroid problem is somewhat mitigated. Diabetes somewhat mitigated or reversed. If you're not, don't have full blown diabetes, heart disease, reversed acid reflex. It's driving me crazy, because why not? Why wouldn't you do this? You're not happy. I'll tell you why not? And then I'll try to get off Moran. I'll tell you why you don't do it. I'm gonna tell you why. Why Why? You're why isn't strong enough and why even your why not? Isn't strong enough? You're addicted to misery. You know no other way. You know no other way. So somehow, some way, your sake, your spirit finds a way because it's so sick. It's not healthy. Spirit finds a way to self sabotage because all you know is misery. If your wife isn't working, your why not? Isn't working? Then I could say all the other stuff. You don't want it bad enough. Tough and, uh, all that stuff. But the truth of it is your self sabotaging because you're deeply, deeply committed to being miserable. When you decide that I will no longer be deeply committed to being miserable, you'll find a way to change. Because I did. Do you Okay? Next. Any other questions? Are you? Yeah. You? Yeah. You got that wisdom to you live with a crazy man. So you've talked me off the ledge? She's the real. I'm just the voice here. I'm the figure figure I'm that like she's like eyes behind the curtain. She's the one that's got the answer. The answer is I'm just the talking head because she's talked me off. The stupid ll age many times. There's this time she says, Why are you behaving this way about you got the world by the tail? This is you're doing great. What is the problem on your own? I don't know. I think I'm like the Green Mile man. Sometimes I hear so much crap. That's probably the way our audience siesta. Not like the Green mile guy you take in. You absorb everybody else's crap all the time until you just poisoned your systems Poisoned. You gotta find a way to release and let go.

spk_0:   24:30
You get so wrapped up in everything that's going on on Facebook right now or all of the it's it's you can sit there for before you know what? You've sat there for hours washing all that stuff and like you said, putting it into your stew pot and then you can't get out of it. You can't find, you know, figure out a way out of it. It's, um, and that analogy, the crab analogy just came to mind again. We've used that a lot in our life for the you throw crabs in a bucket, either one crab in a bucket. He can escape. He can make his way out and escape. But if you throw 23 crabs in a bucket, there's the L. The crabs are always gonna be pulling the other guy down, so they all are tryingto so. Nobody ever escapes the stupid, the stupid pot crab people on each other down here.

spk_1:   25:17
Sure, that was good. You said everything I said in a lot less words.

spk_0:   25:23
No, no, no, it's good because I think sometimes the listening to you talk about, um, you know, the thyroid issues all these issues, is it? It's It's it's exciting Thio here. How, um, that there is a solution or that there is a way out or a way? Because I think I heard somebody else saying maybe you did in a class one time Because people claim these different issues that my diabetes, my thyroid issues my, uh, yeah, and sort of that sort of becomes Ah, I don't think I can do this because of my condition. And really, we're just, um you know, I think what I've seen him, what inspires me more than I've been heading Idea is so exciting. And to hear somebody that has come off of their blood, blood pressure medication or their cholesterol meds or they've Maybe it's not a cure all but it it can make you, um, whatever you're having to deal with the chronic illness or whatever it may be, it it it gives you the opportunity to live your best life. I think in because your body is a little you know, you're detoxing your body, but you're not even you're still eating foods that are that you've eaten before, but the because you combine on the way that you teach us to combine them. You're getting the right amounts of protein, fiber and even sugar and fats in a properly in a proper meal. That doesn't allow your body to store the extra the extra fat that we consume a lot times about knowing it, because we don't Nobody ever taught us had the nutrition of it, and you talked about taken information to your doctor. Actually, the bottom of our website there is a place anybody can get it, even non members and members. But there's a as as a part called a letter to my doctor, and it basically has your initial list of foods that, you know, that that you liked to eat. These are the kind of foods that we're talking about eating on this program. We're not talking about special. Um, we sure I'd return what I just weird things. We're talking about foods that you find in the grocery store every day so anybody can get that in print it and see and literally, you know, take that to their doctor and and decide what you know If they're willinto, jump in and give it a try because it's to me. There's no reason like you're talking about. Why not? Why not give this a chance? Because it's just There's so many healing benefits inside your mind, body spirit, everything. It's it's incredible. So

spk_1:   27:53
well, if you if you take someone, I'm not making light of any underlying disease needed. You need to be working with your personal physician on those things. But they're in such a crunch. They have to treat disease. They're not working on prevention. What is that? I forget that saying, too, but, um, a pound of prevention is better than a ton of the cure or whatever. You know, I forget the exact quote, but the someone who has underlying disease tell Mei. So when someone comes up says, I can't do this because of my diabetes or my Sarah, what is used et cetera? Okay, let's just use common sense here. Please, let's use common sense. I've already mentioned you've gotta eat, so let's look at these real foods really whole foods that you get from your local grocery store. Let's learn how to combine them. Let's make sure you like the taste of them and enjoy them. And let's make sure that your doctor doesn't need to eliminate some from the list. Then you get a mentor. Portman and your mentor helps you put together a meal plan. If you don't know how to do it yourself with us, the mentor will help you. And now you've got meals and combinations of foods that work while you're learning. You love the food. You picked them out. So when you say I don't know if I do it because of my fire away what? What are you gonna be? What are you gonna be eating? It doesn't make any sense. What are you going to be eating? You're not going to go to the doctor and the doctors say you need to eat some white rice, some white bread. It's white pasta and drink some cola. See, those are

spk_0:   29:47
the only things not on our program. So

spk_1:   29:50
it's not like when people say it drives me crazy because what, what really whole food can't you have on this program? I mean, we're it's all really whole foods, and if you like that, we're gonna put them on your meal plan with you and for you. And you're gonna be fine. And things are going to improve. No doctor ever told anyone with underlying disease that being over fat is good for you in the eating white rice, white bread. White pasta is good for you. It's just simple to May. It's just common sense. But somehow would get in that big pot with studio estate. And I know I'm on the fan people, and I'm gonna hear about it. We get in that, but I'm right there with them. I've been there too. Yeah, we get in that big pot. Yeah. Aren't you actually, people Now I see. I see somebody's head right now going. Yeah. You know he right? He's right. That's right. That's what I do. I hear people speak sense to May I have this right? That's right. But then the next day, you're back out in the steel and you got all these people don't know what they're talking about about nothing. And you're like, Yeah, I can't do it cause I got Yes, e got thyroid issues. It's not that way. You know you can do this. All we're doing is re learning how to eat That's our deal. And you know why everybody is not talking about this stuff. I'm gonna tell you why they ain't no money. Mmm. There ain't no money in it. Doesn't know what money is there in teaching people how to eat real food. Now, if I had some supplement that was mandatory to make these real foods work, you might make some money. Do you know anybody doing that? Do you know any anybody that says if you get this supplement And then in the in the little bee detainee Tiny writing down that says this supplement works if you exercise and eat, right? Of course it does. Why don't we just ate right, and that'll be 9/10 of the battle. Okay,

spk_0:   31:53
Well, speaking of that, I didn't mention this one to you, but since you just talked about it, it's come up recently about exercising on the program. And do you? What are your thoughts about? Cause we don't We talk about nutrition, our websites completely. You know, that's that's first thing we teach is we start with the nutrition, and then, um, we don't talk about exercise much, But what we wither your thoughts about that and did you need to do that as you get started and

spk_1:   32:19
exercise is good for you? The the the foundation of the program literally comes not the foundation of the new, not the nutrition principles, necessarily. But the last hour elements that we talked about. They come from things that, uh, I've read in the Bible and interpreted a certain way based upon my relationship with the Holy Spirit, and I tried to exercise my weight off. Four years did Mark didn't work. So when I started what we now call Szabo Live lost £44 in the 1st 6 weeks, lost over £100 in less than six months. I did it with no exercise. The Bible says that bodily exercise profited little. Now, lazy people will say. Even the Bible says exercise, don't profit move. And that's not what it said its profits a little bit. But what really profits is is living our lives, putting God first and not letting anything come between our relationship with God guy and for me, that's got the spirit gods, a spirit in my life and my heart. God is the spirit. He's the spirit. And if I put you, if I put it anything, food. If I get a thinking about food, that's my That's my solution. Food is my solution. My entertainment solution. Food is my boredom solution. Food is my solution for stress and anxiety and for anger. Any time my world gets flipped upside down like it has lately and so many others has to if food is my solution than food has become my God. So what I really want is to work towards conforming to the image and likeness of Christ. So I'll have more peace, etcetera. So exercise doesn't profit very much profits little when you are pursuing a more helpful and well life. Now stay with me. I'm not. I'm not knocking exercise altogether. The thing that you should focus on if you're overweight and you're not exercising, is finding you a practical, sustainable and fun eating lifestyle where food is only a solution. An enjoyable solution for a growling tummy. When it's time to feed the growling tummy not just gives the tummy growls. You're the master, not your bail. Your belly's not your God. So that's the only solution. Food should bay so for me. For years I got to the point. I'll put it in layman's terms. It makes sense to May. I wanted to look good in my clothes and by losing that way with nothing but good, solid nutrition, you can do it all 80 90% of this is nutrition. I got to a point. I looked really good in my clothes for my age, for my genetics. I look good in my clothes. Didn't matter what anybody else stop because I thought it looked getting my clothes right. So So nutrition did that. If I had already been exercising and it was a habit and I had continued exercising when I adopted good nutritional, a good nutritional lifestyle, I would've got even better results, No doubt. But when you start from scratch and you try to adopt to learn and adopt a new lifestyle and you've never exercised, now you go exercise and you've never taken supplementation. How you gonna supplement that's gonna last about three days is just too much own you emotionally and mentally right out of the gate. Overwhelming. So what if I say Let me let me wait on that? Let me wait. I'm gonna wait on exercise in the white on supplements. Let me try to do this for two months. Let me see what I can accomplish with just nutrition in two months. Make nutrition the good, the good nutritional program and daily living make it right for two months, three months habits formed some good eating habits. Now you've lost it. Let's say three months, because that's nothing. Now you've lost in three months. You say you lost 30 to £40. Okay, You still want to go exercise? Let's go exercise. Listen, let's start. Let's start taking the rap supplementation. Let's exercise. Now you'll be on your way to being a lean, mean fit machine, but you're gonna have to do it all forever. See if you if you quit good nutrition, you get in your way back. If you quit exercising, you lose your tone. If you quit exercising, you lose your strength. Whatever you do, it has to be something you can do forever. And people want to do this stuff. 123 days, 123 weeks and quit and expect. You know, Hey, I'm not gonna lose all that I've worked for. Now you're gonna gain the weight back. You're gonna lose your strength. You gotta be willing to do all of it all the time. It's gotta be practical, sustainable and fun. Exercise concerns me for some because you get all of us. You get your nutrition coach, you get your trainer, your gym owner, whatever you give us all in the stupid pot with you. Here we are all year. My voice, their voice. Now none of us make sense because they're telling you one thing. I'm telling you another. They're telling you you're not. You don't have any strength because you're not eating enough. Now what does a food addict want to hear after they've worked out hard? Go eat something. So the little calories you burn, Why use doing you work out your 304 100 calories? It would be a good That would be a good calorie expenditure rate for an hour at most of these places. So 3 400 calories. Then you go eat 700. You know, you put back in 700 you ask me you don't wanna gain the weight back. You didn't stick with your go you go. Was thio lose the fact you can only do one of these things at a time. They tell you that you can lose fat and build muscle at the same time. That's a biological impossibility. One requires too much food more than you need now. Obviously not Maur. Then you need a white bread, white rice weapon. But Maur of good food you need You need a surplus of good quality calories to put on muscle to for the body to build new raw material. It needs extra raw material. You are what you eat. If you're going to lose weight, you must be in a calorie deficit. Therefore you cannot gain weight. You cannot getting muscular. Wait. When you're in a calorie deficit being in a calorie deficit, eating in the right food combinations, we can preserve a large amount of muscle and lose a lot of fat. If that's your goal, do that first. Get down. Well, example. Okay, here's anecdotal evidence. Right, Because you you've seen me naked in the double K a day, right? Okay, so I didn't exercise. I lost all that way, right? You'd agree if it would look pretty good in my clothes and I take my shirt off and I looked a certain way. And then I weighed £200 roughly. Today I weigh £200 roughly. But when I take my shirt off, I look totally different than I did before. Right? Right. It's not the same, is it? No. So what happened? I depleted down and then I would build some muscle. I deplete down, build some muscle, one go at a time. What I do recommend everyone is before you take off. Own some amazing workout structure. Just walk. Let's just start with that. Let's spend three months on nutrition watch. What happens? It's all about the food's. It really is. Even bodybuilders tell you that it's the nutrition. Let's spend three months on the food. Then we spend another three months getting in the habit of getting 10,000 steps a day and watch what happens in six months. And then if you want to make a run at Mr and Ms Olympia, go forward. But we gotta do one thing at a time here. You can't do it all. Okay? Exercise is great. I exercise How often to exercise now, Every day, every day, almost every day. I take some days. Yeah, but almost every day, and you do too, is it's very important part of our lifestyle. But if we had adopted good nutrition lifestyle when you were 40 plus pounds overweight, me £100 overweight. If we try to do it all on day one back then I don't think we'd be here having this podcast right now, right? Does that make sense?

spk_0:   42:19
Yes, it does. It does to me, and especially when when I was going through the program for the first time as a you know, tryingto figure out how to exercise right and do and learn new nutrition. You just kind of wanna pick your, you know, don't try to do it all at one time because you will get overwhelmed and just quit it because it's like in Plus, you want to see one heck of some kind of crazy results after putting, you know, just take, just take one thing at a time. But you know, and just focus on the news because you really it is like it is like undoing the hardest part. I think that the hardest job that we have as counselors for people is to undo the damage that the society that well, you know, learned growing up about food and how to eat and howto um, the trying to undo that damage because you're relearning Ah, you're learning your a b C's over again And we have you, Have you really? You have to hear it over and over and over, and you really have to let it sink in and you take the time to write things down and it's ah, it's like going to school goingto going to college for a little bit. Wish that we were teaching this star our kids in school now because, um, it would be, ah, it's ah, it's an education And I think when you tryto do too much at one time, um, you're not gonna do either. It's like you say, Chase two rabbits. Whatever that saying is that you say you don't get anywhere right. You're gonna do this part half way in that part halfway. And so I think you gotta focus on the nutrition and get that right and and you and you would be. You'll be so shocked at how the results after the first week in you'll there's so many people now that air earning their T shirts and doing, and they haven't exercised yet, though they'll eventually bring that back in. But right now we're just focused on the food and the getting that right. And then, um, but speaking of,

spk_1:   44:12
but feel free to exercise, I'm not trying to talk anybody out of it. It's so good, you get the endorphins going. It's such a feel good thing for me and it will be for them. It'll be a good void replacement for you. When you get these food cravings, get out, Go do something, work out. I'm saying it's great, it's great. But the results that you're after are going to come from nutrition. You cannot out. You can't exercise enough to overcome a bad diet that sitting in that shell

spk_0:   44:44
right, The other one of the other questions that we had was about, um, skin. I think your people that their have more than £100 to lose or get concerned really quickly there they don't They're almost more concerned. Okay, when I lose this weight, I'm gonna have saggy skin and that's ugly, so I don't want to do that. So how did they How did they, you know, should I do shovel. If if I'm gonna have sagging skin after I lose the weight.

spk_1:   45:16
Well, wanna be? I wanna be real with people, and I want to be a voice of reason. Okay, so I don't want to start yelling, you know, There we go again. Somebody's on the PT party coming up with excuses. Look, £100. The body will make the adjustments. You're not gonna have that much saggy skin. If you lose £100 you're gonna have some. You're gonna notice that most people won't. They're just gonna tell you how great you look. I get that when you the older we get and you've got 100 20 152 £100 I get that's a really s a legit concern. So just to be real with people what you have to decide again. You've got somebody when When their procrastinating. Because I don't know if I want all that sagging skin procrastinate because it they're called between two opinions. Okay, I want to do it. I don't want to. So here's the bottom line. You know, there's consequence toe gaining that much way. There's consequence. You've got a decision to make you got a real decision to make. You can either stay where you're at and you can have all that fat. That at least allows your skin not to sag so much. You have all that underlying fat and you can just you can be fat. You can be unhealthy because that's a fact. You will be in an unhealthy if you're not. Now give it time. You can be fat. You can be unhealthy and not have saggy, sagging, sagging skin. Or you can lose the way you can lose it. Probably gonna have to deal with some sagging skin. You can lose that way, deal with the saggy skin, but be healthier. Be stronger. Reverse disease. Mitigate the risk of disease. It's your choice if you think you're gonna look better and fire better being overweight and having all that underlying fat under the skin. So that doesn't sack. Stay where you're at, but have some joy. Have some peace. He had a decision to make. You took control. You made the decision. You so I'm just going not gonna worry about it. It's a killer, man. It's a killer to be caught between two opinions. I want to. I don't want to. I don't want to. I want to make a decision. Decide? Do. It's done. Now, here's the thing that happens when you're going in the right direction. So you decide you're gonna lose this way, you're gonna try two. Avoid having as much saggy skin as you would if you didn't do these things, but you're going to get out and walk. You're going to drink your water, but we tell you to do each and every day that's gonna help you drink your water, you're gonna take your supplements. You're going to walk your tail off. You're gonna pick up an exercise regimen in six months like we mentioned before. Start building some muscle up under that skin. You're gonna lose all that weight. You're gonna have some saggy skin. You'll put coconut oil on it. You could do some body brushing. There's all kind of things you could do to help a little bit. Then you're gonna wait two years and then we're going to see what we look like thinking, okay, because things are going to change for the better because your skin you got to give it time is very elastic. gotta give it time. You stretched it out. Now you've got to give it time. So two years later, you still got saggy skin. Guess what if you want it bad enough, God, Life has a way. Life has a way of making a way for those who are pursuing a healthy, happy, more joyous life who loved themselves. Maur take care of themselves more. You have opportunity to get rid of it. Technology is advancing all the time. Medical science is advancing all the time. You can go and have a have it a lot of that saggy skin removed. If it's really, really bad, you can have it removed for aesthetic reasons and they'll be away made. Too many people would sit here tonight if I was talking to someone that had 304 £100 to lose. I have many times and they said, but what about all that saggy skin will worry about that when we get there. That's why the Bible say is that Jesus is the way he's the truth and he's the life. Everybody says Trust Jesus. Well, let's take his name out of that. I know it's the greatest name ever right, let's take it out. He also said, He's the life, so trust. Laugh when you work hard and you do the right things and you do the best you can instead of eating yourself into oblivion, Life has a way of making a way and you'll have opportunities to shine. You'll be so glad that you lost the weight, that saggy skin at some point will you carry it like a badge of honor because you worked for it, and away will be made for you to be able to reduce it eliminated. I'm telling you, that's the way the life in the way and the truth works. That's the way Jesus works. But you gotta be working hard. You gotta be working hard. You got to be doing all you can do first. But be my guest. If you want to stay where you're at state where you're at, I'll love you just the same. But can you love yourself?

spk_0:   50:59
Get lost in and you explain in that kind of thing. It's only one. No, no, it's just

spk_1:   51:08
so glad you're my mother

spk_0:   51:15
now. I love it and you make me think about so many other questions and conversations and that we've had with people. And there's I'm thinking about all the people that I'm seeing on our Facebook page. Now. They have lost £100 arm or 125 130 their mindset has changed. Just like what you when you said they it's like a badge of honor. It it iss I've watched it. That's like, That's no big deal anymore. All of a sudden, they're proud to have, you know, and they're in there. But they're still working towards a goal. It's not like their journey is over. It's still a work in progress. But they're having so much fun and enjoying life so much more that that's like what they thought was gonna be a big concern is knocking

spk_1:   52:00
and visit Cuba.

spk_0:   52:02
Yeah, yeah, yep. Um, so there's a real super common question and people get so discouraged because they see in our private Facebook groups, people are posting. I lost £10 this week. I lost. You know this that the other thing and some people's journey is a little slower. And that's a common misconception, I think or miss there, you know, people come started different areas and have different percentages of of body fat and and stuff. So I think just maybe that a real common question we get when we've got mental appointments is why do other members lose so much more weight than I do?

spk_1:   52:49
Well, just the nature of that question. If you think about the nature of that question, um, that you'll have your own answer. Okay, but a few reasons. Number one. You didn't eat the same thing they ate. You did. You just didn't. You didn't eat the same things that they ate. You didn't eat the same portions. The same calories, etcetera. OK, that's just part of it. But let's say that you did. Let's say that you did gay. Let's say you ate the same thing that they forced certain the same calories, the same portions, the same. No grazing did the same thing, and they lost a lot more weight than you. I'm six foot 3 £200 so it's just five foot 730. So if we do the very same thing followed the program, we do the very same thing. I'm gonna lose more weight than you in the same time because I'm bigger I'm larger. I'm a larger sponge. But at the same time when we've run this test before I did challenges years ago. I don't know if you remember and we would do. Challenge is trying to get people to eat the same way to prove a point. Because women always say men always lose more than we do. And we did those challenges. And who won the women, the women again? A virus of the mind that ladies have. Steve, it's Do women always win? No way. Yes, from a percentage of body weight. Okay, So if I lose, If I lost £5 in three days and you lost £3 in three days, you want you won, you lost Maur of a percentage of your weight than I did mine so well, maybe we need to do the math on that now think about it. But but that's how it works. That's how it will always work. If someone is losing more weight than you and they're not working harder than you and your eating identical, it's simply because they our larger there, a larger sponge. If I take a really large sponge and I dip it down in the water and pull that large sponge up. Now it has absorbed that water that sponge has await. The sponge was like, right, big sponge. Just really. Like I say, I've got two sponges. I've got one Really small sponge, one really large sponge, cause that's how our bodies are Sponges. Okay? Holding the smile sponge in my left hand, the large sponge in my right. They feel about the same way there, sponge. Now I plunged them in the water and bring them up out of the water. Which one's gonna weigh more by far that they understand the large minds. It absorbed a lot more water. Now, if I come over here and I plunged this large sponge into sugar and the small sponge in the sugar, the sugar sticks to the water and we pulled the sponges up. Now the large sponge even weighs a lot more than smaller funds because he was able to stick to a lot more sugar. Okay, so when you start the program, you've got a sponge, your sponge, and you're full of water and sugar. You stay on the program a couple of days. We burned through a lot of that sugar and we release the water which we took our sponge and we twisted it and we run, Get out all the water come out and we shake the sugar out Okay, now the sponges back to its original weight and smile. Sponges, too. But the big sponge was carrying more, so it lost more weight. It lost more weight in a couple of days. We dried it out, got all that water out of it, all the sugar out of it. Now what happens on a program, though It is human nature for people to post big weight loss numbers that a really, they're really, really. But I'm not saying everybody, but typically, when I look like I let me, let me tell you about let's name this person. I got to come up with a name that doesn't let's name her Apple. Hope we don't have any apples. So let's say Apple, Let's say Apple is. She's I'll say she's £300 and Apple says, Yeah, I lost £10 last week and she post she's not losing 10 the next week. She never post either. And then I say Apple. A month later, she post and she's a Yeah, I lost £12 this week and then we don't hear from our and in 345 weeks later Hey, you, how I lost £9 this week. Why go on, look at Apple's chart or do some research and find out Apple ain't lost no weight. But every week she's losing. It looks like to me she lives. Teens. You lost 12. She lost. All she's doing is she is having a couple a few perfect days dropping all the water in the sugar, going out on a binge and putting it back on, getting back on the program, dropping that weight again. She's never making any fat loss, getting any fat loss, mo mentum ever. It's always just drop in the water and sugar, putting it back on. Any time you start the program, you get the big number. Any time you restart the program, you get the big number. You can't compare your results to other people's results because you don't know what their real results are. You don't know if they're doing this every single week. You're not dropping 10 away. It's impossible. Congratulations if you did for a week, but you know, if I see someone that's just constantly posting huge numbers, they kind of lose credibility with me because I know that's not how it works. It worked this way for May. It weren't like I'll like £15 you know, in two weeks because I got rid of all that sugar and that water. But then you know it's a pound here or £2. There may be three on a good week. It started adding up real quick. I was just consistently grinding. You got to consistently grind. You're not gonna get those big numbers. I tell everyone to the best of my ability exactly what to expect. If you're doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing, no more than six holidays a month. Somebody try me. I mean, why not? What have you got to lose? You can do anything for 30 days. Forget about everybody around you, for crying out loud. You're getting in that stupid pot again that you're in that stupid pot with people that are losing 10 this week and gain and 12 the rest of the month. Then the next month they lose 12 in a week and a game 13 the rest of the month. Also, people will give him a thumbs up and heart their post. Okay, so why not do this? Why not try this out? See how this works? Be a grinder, Grounded out. Get serious. Decide do It's done. Don't look around. The Bible says that any body that puts their hand to the plough and looks to the left or the right is not fit for the kingdom. Why? Because you can't plough straight row when you're looking around and everybody else you can't plough straight row. If you look straight ahead, you'll get your plough straight. So look at your goal. Do what? Oh, Trav tells you along with what your doctor tells you, do what you're supposed to be doing. And here's the way it'll work. If you have no more than six hollow meals in a month and you do your best, you follow the program. You're gonna lose about 10% of your body weight in the first month. So you're £150. You're mad because apples 300 she's losing a lot more than you. Okay,

spk_0:   1:1:10
First month you work hard, you're gonna lose

spk_1:   1:1:12
15. So now At the end of your first month, you weigh 1 35 You want to lose a little bit more the next week, you're gonna lose 1% of that. You'll lose £1.35 up to £1.35 then you just grind it out. Do you get to where you want to go? Now? Let's take Apple. Apple finally gets it. This isn't working. I've got to be consistent Her first month, she's gonna lose 30. She gets to post big numbers, but the end. She's got to get excited about losing Nash's to 70. Okay, starting her fifth week, she's

spk_0:   1:1:48
got to get excited about

spk_1:   1:1:49
losing 1% of that, which is gonna be £2.7 if she gets depressed over the £2.7 because she didn't lose 10 she's not gonna be with us. But the minute that she says,

spk_0:   1:1:59
Oh, praise God bless the name of Lord. I lost £2.7. This is awesome. Now

spk_1:   1:2:06
Apple's making progress, and she's got her credentials back with May. You're gonna have to work hard, folks. You're gonna have to work hard. You're gonna have to put the hard work in. But I got news for you. That's a lot easier than staying where you're at. It's hard to be overweight, so don't compare yourself to others. Do what you're supposed to be doing. It's working. You're going to get there. I promise. If you keep doing what you're supposed to do and you your plaster right row, you gotta look. Gotta look straight. Look forward. Look at your wife. Do what you're supposed to be doing. Quit worrying about others. Amen. Oh, yeah, That goes with me, too. Everyone get the wink wink over because you know something I've been whining about, you know?

spk_0:   1:3:02
No. No. Now, no. Um, how are we on time? You want to go tackle a couple of more? You

spk_1:   1:3:07
let me talk about Let's stay with the theme of this. I know you You were gonna probably ask some food questions and maybe if you can make a note, help me remember unless the spirit leads us in a different direction. You had mentioned we would talk about maybe talk about him products, but I think we gotta get thing going here. How? This is kind of We're talking about behavior modification and emotions and these kind of things. So maybe him on the next podcast Unless, okay, we get action to do something different. Do you have any other questions It would fit within?

spk_0:   1:3:38
Well, maybe not a question, but in relation to what you were just talking about with the, um, you know this the the question about why did whether members lose so much more weight? I think there's it's It can also be about, um, what that person may not have even been eating. But the other parts of our program which are not food related, which is the shield that we talk about because I had, ah, success story that I wanted to share with you with Miss Heather, Brooke Shire and, um, she's been pretty awesome. She's sort of come out of hiding, I think, because she had she's been posting. And first, while she earned her 10% T shirt this month, Can were with Paul. There's

spk_1:   1:4:22
not a lot of new listeners. Can you explain what they have to do to get there?

spk_0:   1:4:26
Yes, yes, when you are when you have journal for 30 days in a row online on our Web site, we have an online journal, you can journal through our app, so they're really easy. You just, um, journal what you ate, whether you had a perfect day or holiday, as long as you have journal than a for 30 days, Um then you are you Can you have the opportunity to earn a 10% of lost T shirts? And also, you have to have lost 10% of your body weight from your starting weight. So once you've lost that 10% as long as you've also journal for 30 days, then you we send you a T shirt that's got our, uh, Marcia both star on it. And so you you've lost it with the girls. The lady's air pink in. The men have a white T shirt, but that pink T shirts become a pretty pretty cool, um, iconic thing. We keep talking about changing the look of it, but I think it's it's one. It's it's staying. So it's staying, but ah, but she actually started the program in October, So she began October and she lost about £15 between October and March. But what changed in March was the journal. She started journalist So what she posted was March is my first month of charting all month. She's down £20 in March because she started journaling, says she posted a picture of her of her weekly timing chart, which shows all these flames and check marks. It shows she had four holidays this month. It's got it all on there. But she said she had a, um you know, she started. She she just lost £35 total She lost in one month. What? It took her four months previously to lose because she started, She got she switched on the, you know, the journal said to me, That's Ah, that's also like, you know, it's not always just about what she what? What the journal did for her, I'm sure, is it showed her exactly what you know what she's doing to me, and you start to realize when you start to journal things, you realize how many times you're good. If you go to that fridge and you make a point to write down what you're what you're gonna eat or what you've eaten you all of sudden, mentally realized. Wow. I go to the fridge of what turn the day. It's just more of an awareness of of what's happened and so even just that can change if she posted. I lost £20 this this month, um, and and didn't post. I appreciate that she posted the chart because that was just a huge difference between the previous four months and she was on a journey then She's still losing weight, and she may have been there. Some folks that aren't in a and this isn't a race for them, and they're totally fine with that pace that she had the 1st 4 months. But she's first. Whatever reason. In March, during the time of this crisis, she decided to kick it up a notch and actually made a significant progress this month. So congratulations, Heather Brookshire. That's

spk_1:   1:7:17
off. Congratulations, Heather. Awesome job, Awesome job. I hope that that story will inspire others to follow in Heather's footsteps. Him began to be a journalist.

spk_0:   1:7:31
We we actually had 48 48 people that earned that T shirt in March during all this. This craziness so that's that's exciting. I think a lot of people are, you know, it's I don't know. People are are struggling, but There's a lot of folks right now that decided to dig their heels in and and, um, and get this done now, while you know, while the value of our good health is certainly staring us in the face so we're super proud of Of those 48 beyond, we got a of bunch of people that have earned badges from £10.25 £75.825 pounds lost, um, their badges. So,

spk_1:   1:8:16
yeah, we really thio as we get ready to come to a close. Congratulations to all the ones doing so good. Um, we we have to say this. We have to, um or people don't know. We're a ministry first and foremost example right now, you can go to www dot the lifetime the lifetime membership dot com running a special during the crisis. $59.95 for a lifetime membership. And she just mentioned those T shirts. That's $500 worth of T shirts that we pay for that we send out. Obviously, we're not in this for money. We do try to raise enough money and keep enough money so that we've got enough great team members carrying team members have been there, knows what it's like to try to lose weight, knows what you've got, toe what you're up against, and you know they're they're helping you and we need them. We need those because we got, you know, big ambition. We want help over a 1,000,000 people, and so it takes money to do that. So if if you like what you're hearing, we want to just think again. All of our sponsors would get sponsors that make up the difference for us each and every month. And if you want to become a sponsor, you want to help, she bola. All you have to do is go to www dot help shibboleth dot com and whether it's $5 or whether it's 50. It helps us by these T shirts for people, and you know what does that do recognition? I don't think people in this day and time, they don't get enough recognition. They don't get enough encouragement. They don't get enough playing talk either, because you know, people, people sometimes in business won't tell you what you need to hear because they're trying. They're in it for the profit and they need you as a customer and we feel like around here playing talk is easily understood. So sometimes a CZ. My father used to say, We have to get in your wagon way have to get in your wagon And sometimes we just gotta love on you. So sending those t shirts, we we really I can't wait until we got to come up with $100,000 a month to send out T shirts, you know, because that's how many people are earning them and working hard and becoming happier people. So anything else tonight social.

spk_0:   1:10:38
I just love seeing people post when they could earn their T shirt on there on our page, and more often than not, they end up selecting a size that they used to wear that they're used to wearing. And we always try to talk him down to go. You know, Thio, get get a size that you don't realize that you're not wearing your you know your you're body is changing, and so many times they'll get the shirt like, Oh gosh, I wish I had ordered a size down because they don't you don't see it in yourself and all these little rewards and awards and the badges and stuff that are on our website. I remember when we were first building this website. Somebody try to talk you out of the badges and the urn. That was stupid. Stupid. And but what? What? You know, you you know what a brilliant thing. Because, um, it just as we are all bye kids inside, I think. And who knew that I get so excited when I see somebody get so excited about having 21 perfect days, it shows up on their website, assumes they log in the next morning and boom, it's there for them to see and they'll share it and post it and be so excited that they made that accomplishment. There's so many different ways to earn these badges in these awards. And you did it because you liked to see that you you you didn't. You didn't have somebody running up to you every day telling you what a good job bit. Pat me on the back. But when you can record your progress and you get these badges because you truly did the work, you did the time. It's so it's so exciting and it's fun and it does a lot. People go, I think my avoid an online program because they think how you know, how is that gonna hold me accountable? And these badges, air like people are once they've got one, it's like an addiction there. What do I gotta do to get the next one? What? My face One bad. My fat start badge. My pounds lost match My 10%. You know, there's just so many things I can do, the challenge badges and the there's just a lot there that can help keep you accountable and keep it coming back. So and then, of course, are you know, the mentor appointments. All of our appointments are are are free appointments. So when you ever anybody and right now they're not a lot of people using that service and we all for a free any time you need to talk to somebody, um, you just good and mentor dot jen book dot com and schedule some time with us, and, um, our mentors there have been there and they've all lost. They've all there. They are still on the program. They've had their own, um, successes. There are still on their journey, and and they can help you whether you just need somebody to talk to right now. Or you need a little advice about a certain question that you might have use that use those appointments because there they love you and we all. Well, our goal is to have you. We want you to be successful. We want you to be healthy and successful. Stone.

spk_1:   1:13:29
Yeah. And it's one of the things that you might have a different worry if enough people was using the service. Um, but one of the things I worry about is that what you just say it? Not many people use that service, and it perplexes me greatly because what's one of the things that we hear most often? Oh, this is too confusing. And I don't know what to do. You eat. So we go. Okay. No problem. No problem. Schedule a free appointment with a caring mental who will find out exactly what you like to eat and help you come up with a specific mail plane. So too may you stop me, baby, when I'm wrong to May, That eliminates every excuse e. I don't want to learn it. I don't have time for videos that Oh, okay. No problem. Get him into appointment is free. But yet people will go off and they will pay two or $300 for infomercial problem, or they'll pay 80 bucks a month. Sometimes we need to go up. Maybe that's what we need to do. $100 a month. Maybe we'll go. There's value in that. You won't have any five star ratings Does Missy Joanie, Brooklyn? Uh, and Kim Kim have Oh, my gosh. I mean, you don't have to legit. Look, it's like, how many? Those endless. Yeah, they're five star ratings, everybody. Yeah, they're pretty amazing. Amazing group of over 200. Yeah. And you know, Brooklyn, down some. Carmen's done something. I don't want to discount anyone, but but I'm over 205 star ratings and people don't use that. And then in even Saturday, I had people during the live class 100 people and there, there, chatting. I don't know what to do, though. This is confusing. Okay, Don't learn it. Just get a meal plan and it's like I don't know what else we can do. We really want to help you. We want to help you. And I'll tell you, I would say a large percentage of the time when I go on a rant like this, people going to sign up for those mentor appointments. But I would say a large percentage of the time they can't slip before the phone call. Yeah, yeah, it blows my mom, but

spk_0:   1:16:08
I I think a lot of people maybe missed Maybe think I've heard this before That they were always surprised when they get somebody on the phone who really is getting to know them. And, um, I mean, these reviews from Joanie and four Joanie and Camel there are I think that people may think that you we've just got somebody behind a switchboard. The Thai answering 100 calls a day and being no, these these folks are our there. You and they are literally been where you are. And it's their heart. Their do this because they love it and they want to get to know you. And there's so many times that I've heard them, you know, we got you know, you're not both do it as well, but well, you know, we want to get to know you. And so a lot of times will ask. What are you eating? Now? Let's talk about what your what your day looks like. What's your schedule? Are you working out? Are you? You know, tell me about your lifestyle. Do you have kids? Are you feeding a family of yours is just, you know, tell us about yourself so that we can help you make this easier for yourself. We really want to get to know you. And I think a lot of people may not realize that they really are going to get a person that is genuinely on the bean of doing this. And we've got three. Got three ladies right now. That air right now that are that are doing this. And they're real people. Yeah, Joni and Missy and Kim Shit bowl with you all see them as Joanie Shibboleth, missy. She both and kimchi both on our Facebook pages. But they are They're awesome. And they literally go beyond the, you know, be on extra miles at the right way to say that they go beyond above and beyond one

spk_1:   1:17:44
mile with you, and they go to

spk_0:   1:17:47
Yeah, So I So I cannot say enough about our our little team here. And I think some people may think that we're have a bigger staff and they might get lost in the shuffle. Know you're not gonna get lost

spk_1:   1:18:00
here. And that's a tough job they have because a lot of times the appointment say, Do they? They do have, um, and definitely the one that's not leaving those get ratings, but you're not the need based leaving bad ones. But they did get a lot of people that they didn't call in to lose weight. They called in to grab not about the program, either. It could be about a gazillion things. We're here to help people who want to work hard and reach ago. If you're. If you don't want to work hard, you don't want to change. Please find another program outs. Travis wanted to say that, but really, we're here, too. Um, we're here to help people who are ready, willing and able to change. And here's the thing about that statement ready, willing able everybody that signs up for our program ready to lose weight. So I'll tell you they won't lose what they're all able. There's no one that's not able to lose weight. It's It's a simple equation that one must follow to lose weight, but not everyone's willing. We're looking for willing people. In fact, the name of your corporation is

spk_0:   1:19:17
uncommon. Paths

spk_1:   1:19:19
were looking for common people. If you're uncommon, come, go with us and will do you good. That's right. You know who said that in a bottle? I think it was Moses. I brought some little correctly. I think Moses said that. But anyway, we've enjoyed this. Sasha, do you have any last? No, I think words for podcast number two. I think we'll call this one. I'm not stupid.

spk_0:   1:19:43
Yes, they're so stupid. Okay. Why not?
