I spoke first to Tarek Elawadi of The Eton Mess, Flaming Cow and other businesses. We focussed on The Eton Mess (you can find it at https://www.theetonmess.co.uk/) and talked about the challenges they, and the whole hospitality sector, have faced over the last 2 years.
