I spoke first to Glenn Bolton of The Mill House about what that actually is, and how the pandemic has been both good and bad for a business offering a community experience.

Sarah and I then talk about Well Be It, about mindfulness, and about flying a helicopter into wires with bullets flying over your head – subtly different to the average business challenge, but relevant nonetheless.
