We often hold onto things that do not serve us. We spend time in the arena of bad memories and feelings that often keep us stuck in the very same event day after day, month after month, year after year. But life is short and fleeting. Don't hold onto regrets or fear. For life can change in the blink of an eye.
A friend's wife had a stroke. She is in her early fifties and was in good health.
This is not the podcast I expected to release today. I recorded it this morning after hearing the news.
