“Gratitude is a Spirit-filled principle. It opens our minds to a universe permeated with the richness of a living God.” Camille has been feeling in the blahs lately with all of the things going on with COVID-19. A favorite book she read reminded her of a way to get out of the blahs: showing and practicing gratitude. During her research she finds that there are a ton of benefits to our mind and our body as we learn to appreciate our life and overcome our negative bias. Camille tells of different ways to start a gratitude practice, such as gratitude journals and gratitude jars. She also found some fun games you can play as a family to help them see the good things in their life.
