Dr. Lisa Varghese-Kroll
Dr. Lisa Varghese-Kroll, MD is a rehabilitation medicine physician and an experienced senior physician advisor serving hospitals across the country. Based in the Washington, DC area, she is passionate about educating physicians and the public about issues that affect us all, utilizing each community’s unique perspective. She earned a bachelor's degree in mass communications from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned her MD from the University of Virginia, and completed her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey / Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation.
She has an extensive background in broadcast and print journalism, is an author for Doximity.com, and she and her husband are the proud parents of a daughter and son aged 14 and 10. She accepts all chocolate deliveries for Lanre in order to complete a thorough quality-control inspection first.
