My good friend Dr. Loni Tabb joined me on the Drive Like a Mother podcast to discuss the coronavirus pandemic, how it affects Brown and Black Americans, and what we can do to protect our health and wellness and reduce the impact if we contract the virus.
One of the most important takeaways during my conversation with Dr. Tabb was her emphasis on the relationship between the coronavirus survival rate and cardiovascular health.
