This week on the ‘Lets Talk Leadership’ we had the pleasure of interviewing Liran Haimovitch who is the Co-Founder and CTO at RookOut.
Rookout is a Rapid debugging solution which collects data on-demand from live code and pipeline it immediately to any destination. It was founded back in 2017.
We absolutely loved hearing about Liran’s career journey. With his journey beginning when he was just a young boy when he developed an interest in coding, his passion for Tech led to him studying a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. Liran then explained to us that following on from his studies, he was involved in Cyber Security for the army!
It is clear throughout the podcast how motivated Liran is about making a difference within his industry.
We really enjoyed hearing Liran reflect on his decisions as both a Co-founder and CTO and to learn about the things he’d have done differently if given the chance. In addition to this it was interesting to hear how Liran and his team have adapted to the current crisis.
Most of all, it was inspiring and thought-provoking to hear Liran talk about his leadership style and his passion for people is commendable.
Liran was a fantastic guest and we loved having him on the show.
